Hotel Germania is a well known "Haunted Hotel"
A two story, 127 year old, Hotel Germania, built by the colony’s original German settlers in 1885.
The hotel is located in the rural community of Olivenhain, just east of Encinitas - at the site of the old Olivenhain Meeting Hall, Rancho Santa Fe Rd., at the corner of 7th St.
It was a beautiful opportunity to paint at Balboa Park with the California Art Club, enjoy lunch, then to see the most impressive art exhibit of all times at home, San Diego Art Museum presents:
